Laws § 324.34114","heading":"Control over withdrawals and operations; rules; orders; expenses.","body":"Sec. 34114.\n\nThe department shall maintain superintending control over withdrawals and operations of each irrigation district formed under this part and may promulgate rules to implement this authority.\n\nThe department may enforce the limitations and conditions of section 34101 by order prohibiting the further withdrawal of water or by taking other action as is authorized by this part or any other act or law.
