Laws § 324.35325","heading":"Purchase of lands or interests in lands; purpose.","body":"Sec. 35325.\n\nThe department or local units of government may purchase lands or interests in lands from a willing seller in critical dune areas for the purpose of maintaining or improving the critical dune areas and the environment of the critical dune areas in conformance with the zoning ordinance, or the model zoning plan if the local unit of government does not have an approved zoning ordinance.
