Laws § 324.41904","heading":"Prohibitions against discharge of firearms; exceptions.","body":"Sec. 41904.\n\nAny prohibition against discharge of firearms made under authority of this part does not apply to peace officers or members of any branch of the armed forces in the discharge of their proper duties.
