Laws § 324.4312","heading":"Local units of government; contract power; approval.","body":"Sec. 4312.\n\nIf local units of government desire to act under this part, the relationship established between such local units of government shall be fixed by contract and such contracts may be made by local units of government under this part in a manner and to the extent that natural persons might make contracts for like purposes.
