Laws § 324.43903","heading":"Retention of certain money in trust fund on permanent basis; expenditures.","body":"Sec. 43903.\n\n(1) The Michigan nongame fish and wildlife trust fund shall maintain a principal balance of not less than $6,000,000.00, which shall be retained in the trust fund on a permanent basis.\n\n(2) The interest and earnings of the trust fund and any money not otherwise retained on a permanent basis under subsection (1) shall be expended for the purposes of implementing the management plan described in section 43904.
