Laws § 324.44515","heading":"Rules requiring equipment and minimum safety standards for livery boats.","body":"Sec. 44515.\n\nThe department shall promulgate rules requiring equipment and minimum safety standards for livery boats that are rented or leased to the public by boat liveries.
