Laws § 324.45101","heading":"Inland lakes; fishing prohibited; exception.","body":"Sec. 45101.\n\nA person shall not take any fish from any of the inland lakes of this state, within which fish are planted at the expense of the people of this state, if the public is excluded from taking fish from those waters.
