Laws § 324.47317","heading":"Possession of shipment of illegal fish; construction.","body":"Sec. 47317.\n\nThe possession of any package or shipment of illegal fish offered to any common carrier as described in section 47316 shall be construed to be and shall remain in the consignor until delivered to the consignee.
