Laws § 324.47321","heading":"Taking of certain fish by commercial fishing devices prohibited; return to waters.","body":"Sec. 47321.\n\nA person shall not take or catch with any kind of a net or other device used in commercial fishing in any of the waters mentioned in this part, any of the following:\n\nLargemouth black bass, Huro salmoides.\n\nSmallmouth black bass, Micropterus dolomieu.\n\nWhite crappie, also known as strawberry bass, Pomoxis annularis.\n\nBluegill, Lepomis macrochirus.\n\nCommon sunfish, Lepomis gibbosus.\n\nBrook or speckled trout, Salvelinus fontinalis.\n\nRainbow and steelhead trout, Salmo gairdnerii.\n\nBrown and Loch Leven trout, Salmo trutta.\n\nMuskellunge, Esox masquinongy.\n\nIn addition to the prohibition in subsection (1), a person shall not sell or offer for sale or possess at any time any of the fish listed in subsection (1) unless otherwise provided by law.
