Laws § 324.47334","heading":"Violation of sections; penalties.","body":"Sec. 47334.\n\nAny person who violates sections 47328 to 47333 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction for the first offense shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or a fine of not less than $25.00 or more than $100.00 and the costs of prosecution, or both. Each violation is a separate and distinct offense.
