Laws § 324.48304","heading":"Prosecutions; mandamus.","body":"Sec. 48304.\n\nThe department shall prosecute in the name of the people of the state in all cases where this part is violated, and the prosecuting attorney of the county in which a prosecution is commenced under this part shall aid in the prosecution when requested to do so by the department.
