Laws § 324.49101","heading":"Reciprocal agreements with adjoining states to cover taking of fish.","body":"Sec. 49101.\n\nIn order to provide uniform fishing regulations in any river or any of the Great Lakes forming a common boundary with an adjoining state and any inland lake or lakes bisected by a common boundary with an adjoining state, the department may enter into a reciprocal agreement with the authorized representatives of any adjoining state to establish the minimum size of fish that may be taken, the number that may be taken in any 1 day, the seasons when fish may be taken, and the methods by which fish may be taken from waters described in this section.
