Laws § 324.50126","heading":"Operation of district; feasibility.","body":"Sec. 50126.\n\nIf the department makes and records a determination that the need for a district exists and defines its boundaries, the department shall then consider the question of whether the operation of a district within those boundaries is administratively and economically feasible.\n\nIf the department determines that the operation of a district is feasible, it shall record that determination and shall proceed with the organization of that district.\n\nIf the department determines the operation of a district is not feasible, it shall record the reasons for its determination and deny the petition.
