Laws § 324.50152","heading":"Severance and service fees generally.","body":"Sec. 50152.\n\nIn order to provide a source of funds for the cost-share payments, loans, annual incentive payments, and other services authorized to be offered to members within a district, a district may charge a severance fee pursuant to the procedure described in section 50153 and collect fees for services provided to those members.
