Laws § 324.503a","heading":"Environmental protection fund.","body":"Sec. 503a.\n\nThe environmental protection fund is created within the state treasury.\n\nThe state treasurer may receive money or other assets from any source for deposit into the environmental protection fund. The state treasurer shall direct the investment of the environmental protection fund.
