Laws § 324.52708","heading":"Municipality; appropriation for forestry; limitation.","body":"Sec. 52708.\n\nThe legislative body of any county, city, or village or the electors of any township or school district in which a forestry commission has been appointed may appropriate money to be used by the forestry commission to carry out the purposes of this part.
