Laws § 324.62509b","heading":"Mineral well regulatory fund.","body":"Sec. 62509b.\n\nThe mineral well regulatory fund is created within the state treasury.\n\nThe state treasurer may receive money or other assets from any source for deposit into the fund. The state treasurer shall direct the investment of the fund.
