Laws § 324.62514","heading":"Supervisor of mineral wells; power to summon witnesses, administer oaths, require production of documents; noncompliance; contempt.","body":"Sec. 62514.\n\nThe supervisor of mineral wells may summon witnesses, administer oaths, and, when necessary to carry out the provisions of this part, require the production of appropriate records, books, and documents.\n\nUpon failure or refusal of any person to comply with a subpoena issued by the supervisor of mineral wells, or upon the refusal of any witness to testify as to any matter on which he or she may be interrogated as being pertinent to the hearing or investigation, the person or witness may be subject to a court order compelling him or her to comply with such subpoena, and to appear before the supervisor of mineral wells and produce the records, books, and documents for examination and to testify.
