Laws § 324.62517","heading":"Violations; penalties.","body":"Sec. 62517.\n\nA person who violates this part is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000.00, and each day that the violation continues constitutes a separate offense. The penalty shall be recovered by suit brought by the supervisor of mineral wells.
