Laws § 324.63217","heading":"Nonferrous metallic mineral surveillance fund.","body":"Sec. 63217.\n\n(1) The nonferrous metallic mineral surveillance fund is created within the state treasury.\n\n(2) The state treasurer may receive money or other assets from any source for deposit into the fund. The state treasurer shall direct the investment of the fund.
