Laws § 324.63528","heading":"Certificate of public liability insurance; maintenance of policy in full force and effect; rules.","body":"Sec. 63528.\n\nAn applicant for a permit shall submit to the department, as part of each permit application, a certificate that the applicant has a public liability insurance policy in force for the surface coal mining and reclamation operation for which the permit is sought.
