Laws § 324.63541","heading":"Prohibited acts; violation; penalty.","body":"Sec. 63541.\n\nExcept as permitted by a law of this state or the United States, a person shall not willfully resist, prevent, impede, or interfere with the department or any of its agents in the performance of duties pursuant to this part.
