Laws § 324.6527","heading":"Inspection appointment; issuance of certificate of compliance; report describing reason for rejection.","body":"Sec. 6527.\n\nA person shall not be required to make an appointment for a vehicle inspection.\n\nA testing station shall inspect and reinspect motor vehicles in accordance with this part and the rules promulgated under this part by the department. The station shall issue a certificate of compliance for a motor vehicle that has been inspected and determined to comply with the standards and criteria of the department pursuant to the rules promulgated under this part.
