Laws § 324.6531","heading":"Compliance; determination by department; system for selection of qualified vehicles.","body":"Sec. 6531.\n\nThe department may issue a certificate of compliance for a motor vehicle when the department makes a determination that the motor vehicle complies with the requirements of this part and the rules promulgated under this part.
