Laws § 324.6538","heading":"Transfer and availability of vehicle emissions inspection and maintenance fund.","body":"Sec. 6538.\n\nFunds remaining in the vehicle emissions inspection and maintenance fund created by former Act No. 83 of the Public Acts of 1980 shall be transferred on January 1, 1996 to the motor vehicle emissions testing program fund created in this part.
