Laws § 324.74107","heading":"Authority of department.","body":"Sec. 74107.\n\nThe commission may authorize the department, but only within limitation which shall be contained in the commission's authorizing resolution, to do 1 or more of the following:\n\nSell and deliver and receive payment for bonds.\n\nApprove interest rates, purchase prices, discounts, premiums, maturities, principal amounts, interest payment dates, redemption rights at the option of the commission or the holder, and the place and time of delivery and payment for the bonds.\n\nDeliver bonds to refund prior bonds or partly to refund bonds and partly for other authorized purposes.\n\nSelect which outstanding bonds will be refunded, if any, by the new issue of bonds.\n\nAny other matters and procedures necessary to complete the issuance and delivery of the bonds.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 324","Act Act-451-of-1994"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-324-74107","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"08eafc7db8d1ca88d0ef7034c75691c73e28d2da95edb60e9e7a37dfdec0d6f8","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.74106","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.74108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
