Laws § 324.76116","heading":"Violation as misdemeanor; penalty.","body":"Sec. 76116.\n\nA person who violates section 76105 or 76106 is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or a fine of not more than $100.00, or both.\n\nA person who violates sections 76107 or 76111 or a rule promulgated under this part is guilty of a misdemeanor.
