Laws § 324.78303","heading":"Ferry docks at Straits of Mackinac; leases; concessions; rules.","body":"Sec. 78303.\n\nSubject to the provisions of this part, the department may grant leases and concessions for the use of the properties transferred by this part. The department shall promulgate rules for the use of these properties by all persons without discrimination. The department shall not grant exclusive use of the docking facilities to any person, but may lease designated areas to particular persons for the operation of commercial enterprises.
