Laws § 324.82110","heading":"Recreational snowmobile trail improvement subaccount; use; deposits; rules; projects open to public.","body":"Sec. 82110.\n\n(1) The recreational snowmobile trail improvement subaccount is created as a subaccount of the snowmobile account. Money in the subaccount shall be used upon appropriation solely for the improvement of snowmobile trails and other nonconflicting recreational purposes.\n\n(2) Five dollars of each fee collected under section 82105, a portion of each trail permit fee collected as provided under section 82118, and not less than 80% of the revenue from the fees collected under sections 82114 and 82115 shall be deposited in the recreational snowmobile trail improvement subaccount.\n\n(3) The department shall promulgate rules for the administration of the recreational snowmobile trail improvement subaccount.\n\n(4) All funds allocated under this part shall be for projects that are open to the public.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 324","Act Act-451-of-1994"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-324-82110","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"53c0f127ab783c8c9392986732ac9322c58f6b1b5d69290f4098691b5a86b30d","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.82109","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-324.82110a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
