Laws § 325.2015","heading":"Office of health and medical affairs; duties generally.","body":"Sec. 15.\n\nThe office shall do all of the following:\n\nDevelop the preliminary state health plan after review and consideration of input from other public and private agencies, including, but not limited to, local health related entities.
