Laws § 328.234","heading":"Action to force compliance; damages; orders.","body":"Sec. 24.\n\nThe department or any other person, in order to force compliance with this act, may bring an action in a circuit court in any county in which the registrant or any other person has solicited or sold prepaid contracts, whether or not that person has purchased a prepaid contract or is personally aggrieved by a violation of this act.
