Laws § 33.23","heading":"Commissioned officers; appointment, commission, discharge, extension of commission.","body":"Sec. 23.\n\nCommissioned officers shall be appointed or selected as prescribed from time to time in regulations. Commissioned officers shall be commissioned by the governor.
