Laws § 330.1143","heading":"Governing body of facility; responsibilities.","body":"Sec. 143.\n\nThe governing body of a facility licensed under sections 134 through 150 is responsible for the operation of the facility, for the selection of the medical staff, and for the quality of care rendered by the facility.
