Laws § 330.1144","heading":"Suspension, denial, or revocation of license; notice.","body":"Sec. 144.\n\nThe director, after notice to the applicant or licensee, may suspend, deny, or revoke a license if he finds that there is a substantial failure to comply with the requirements of sections 134 through 150.
