Laws § 330.1160","heading":"Family support subsidies; payment; adjustment of amounts.","body":"Sec. 160.\n\nFamily support subsidy payments shall be paid from accounts as appropriated by the legislature.\n\nThe department, after notifying the governor and the house and senate appropriations committees, may adjust the amounts available for family support subsidies by equal apportionment in the event available revenues are insufficient to cover the obligations.
