Laws § 330.1313","heading":"Rental payments for property to be used as residential setting for specialized community residential care.","body":"Sec. 313.\n\nThe department shall establish a procedure to assure that rental payments for all property which is to be used as a residential setting for specialized community residential care, be based upon an independent appraisal of fair market rental value.
