Laws § 330.1498l","heading":"Review.","body":"Sec. 498 l .\n\nNot more than 90 days after the admission of a minor to a hospital pursuant to this chapter, and at 60-day intervals after the expiration of the 90-day period, the director of the hospital shall perform or arrange to have performed a review of the minor's suitability for hospitalization. If the minor is in a hospital under contract with a community mental health services program, the executive director shall participate in the reviews.\n\nSubject to section 114a, the reviews of the minor's suitability for continued hospitalization shall be conducted under rules promulgated by the department.
