Laws § 330.1521","heading":"Preference as to facilities.","body":"Sec. 521.\n\nPreference between the facility recommended by the community mental health services program and other available facilities under contract with the community mental health services program shall be given to the facility that can appropriately meet the individual's needs in the least restrictive environment and that is located nearest to the individual's residence.
