(b) Construction permit fee for an addition, alteration, or modification of an existing campground $ 225.00.\n\n(a)\n\nConstruction permit fee for a new campground\n\n$\n\n600.00.\n\n(b)\n\nConstruction permit fee for an addition, alteration, or modification of an existing campground\n\n$\n\n225.00.\n\n(c) Initial or annual renewal license fee for a new or temporary campground as follows:\n\n( i ) One to 25 sites $ 75.00. ( ii ) Twenty-six to 50 sites $ 100.00. ( iii ) Fifty-one to 75 sites $ 125.00. ( iv ) Seventy-six to 100 sites $ 150.00. ( v ) One hundred one to 500 sites $ 225.00. ( vi ) More than 500 sites $ 500.00. (d) Late annual renewal license fee, after December 31 $ 100.00.
