Laws § 333.12510","heading":"Annual inspection by local health department; payments; additional fees.","body":"Sec. 12510.\n\n(1) If a representative of the designated local health department performs annual inspections of campgrounds that are applying for a new license, renewal license, or temporary license and have submitted the applicable license fee to the department, the department shall approve payments of $25.00 per campground to that local health department.\n\n(2) The state treasurer shall make the payments upon receipt of approval from the department.\n\n(3) A designated local health department may collect additional fees as provided under section 2444 from the owner of a campground for services provided under sections 12501 to 12516.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 333","Act Act-368-of-1978"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-12510","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"eaca2a727f32cb3df48c0687a4cb9d175548827b76999141e7711725be15411a","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.12509","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.12511"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
