Laws § 333.12531a","heading":"Use of life jacket in public swimming pool.","body":"Sec. 12531a.\n\nA person shall not prohibit the use of a coast guard approved life jacket in a public swimming pool by an individual who has in his or her possession a statement signed by a licensed physician stating that the individual has a physical disability or condition that necessitates the use of a life jacket.
