Laws § 333.13110","heading":"Giving or selling tattooing, branding, body piercing kit or device to minor prohibited; violation; fine.","body":"Sec. 13110.\n\nA person shall not give or sell to a minor a tattooing, branding, or body piercing kit or other tattooing, branding, or body piercing device. A person who violates this section is responsible for a state civil infraction and is subject to a civil fine of not more than $500.00.
