Laws § 333.13718","heading":"Temporary or permanent closure of disposal site; reopening.","body":"Sec. 13718.\n\nThe director may issue an order temporarily or permanently closing the disposal site prior to its scheduled closing date if the director finds that there is a potential hazard to the public health, safety, or welfare or to the environment that justifies a temporary or permanent closure. A disposal site that is temporarily closed shall not receive waste and shall remain closed while remedial action is taken.
