Laws § 333.16343","heading":"Psychologist; fees; increase limitations.","body":"Sec. 16343.\n\n(1) Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure to engage in the practice of psychology under part 182 are as follows:\n\n(a) Application processing fee $ 50.00 (b) License fee, per year: ( i ) Full doctoral 90.00 ( ii ) Limited doctoral 30.00 ( iii ) Masters limited 60.00 ( iv ) Temporary limited 15.00 (c) Limited license, per year 40.00 (d) Temporary license 15.00 (e) Examination review fee 20.00\n\n(a)\n\nApplication processing fee\n\n$\n\n50.00\n\n(b)\n\nLicense fee, per year:\n\n( i )\n\nFull doctoral\n\n90.00\n\n( ii )\n\nLimited doctoral\n\n30.00\n\n( iii )\n\nMasters limited\n\n60.00\n\n( iv )\n\nTemporary limited\n\n15.00\n\n(c)\n\nLimited license, per year\n\n40.00\n\n(d)\n\nTemporary license\n\n15.00\n\n(e)\n\nExamination review fee\n\n20.00\n\n(2) At the beginning of each state fiscal year, the department may increase the fees collected under this section by an amount no greater than the psychology interjurisdictional compact renewal amount to reasonably enforce the psychology interjurisdictional compact, to implement the psychology interjurisdictional compact, to pay a fee imposed by the psychology interjurisdictional compact commission, or to implement a needed change to an information technology system because of this state's membership in the psychology interjurisdictional compact.\n\n(3) If the department increases fees under subsection (2), the increase is effective for that fiscal year and the increase applies only to those participating in the psychology interjurisdictional compact. The department shall use the increased fees as a basis for calculating fee increases in subsequent fiscal years.\n\n(4) As used in this section, \"psychology interjurisdictional compact\" means the psychology interjurisdictional compact as enacted in section 16190.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 333","Act Act-368-of-1978"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-16343","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"31a393095681c4d72f3218a4185b8dccc374971b4f13a485cf0457f951435522","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.16342","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.16343a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
