Laws § 333.17750","heading":"Person who distributes complimentary starter doses to prescribers; records; access by board; “complimentary starter dose” defined.","body":"Sec. 17750.\n\nA person who distributes complimentary starter doses to prescribers shall maintain records that include at least all of the following information:\n\nThe name and address of the manufacturer distributing the complimentary starter doses.\n\nThe name and address of each prescriber to whom complimentary starter doses were distributed.\n\nThe type and amount of complimentary starter doses distributed to each prescriber.\n\nUpon request of the board, a person who distributes complimentary starter doses to prescribers shall provide the board access to the records required under subsection (1).\n\nAs used in this section, \"complimentary starter dose\" means that term as defined in section 17745(1).","path":["MI Code","Chapter 333","Act Act-368-of-1978"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-17750","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"7048a1d512d3a371d5d7f74feac295458efc6f779e4fabc867e8e933d7640893","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.17749","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.17750a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
