Laws § 333.21720","heading":"Nursing home administrator required.","body":"Sec. 21720.\n\nThe department shall not license a nursing home under this part unless that nursing home is under the direction of a nursing home administrator licensed under article 15.\n\nEach nursing home having 50 beds or more shall have a full-time licensed nursing home administrator.
