Laws § 333.21781","heading":"Posting of license and other information.","body":"Sec. 21781.\n\nA licensee shall conspicuously post in an area of its offices accessible to patients, employees, and visitors:\n\nA current license.\n\nA complete copy of the most recent inspection report of the nursing home received from the department.\n\nA description, provided by the department, of complaint procedures established under this act and the name, address, and telephone number of a person authorized by the department to receive complaints.\n\nA copy of a notice of a pending hearing or order pertaining to the nursing home issued by the department or a court under the authority of this article or rules promulgated under this article.\n\nA complete list of materials available for public inspection as required by section 21782.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 333","Act Act-368-of-1978"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-21781","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"c03be49c926baf7b7ec32d0b08a221433c17d1ee064fc08511235156d9f6162f","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.21777","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.21782"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
