Laws § 333.21919","heading":"Fees.","body":"Sec. 21919.\n\n(1) An applicant for registration to practice as a nurse aide or a permit to conduct training or instruction of a nurse aide candidate, or renewal of that registration or permit, shall pay the following biennial fees:\n\n(a) Nurse aide $40.00 (b) Nurse aide trainer $60.00 (c) Except as otherwise provided in subdivision (d), nurse aide training program $300.00, per site (d) Nurse aide training program offered by a secondary education institution or a skilled nursing facility $100.00, per site\n\n(a) Nurse aide\n\n$40.00\n\n(b) Nurse aide trainer\n\n$60.00\n\n(c) Except as otherwise provided in subdivision (d), nurse aide training program\n\n$300.00, per site\n\n(d) Nurse aide training program offered by a secondary education institution or a skilled nursing facility\n\n$100.00, per site\n\n(2) In addition to the fees prescribed in subsection (1), an applicant for registration to practice as a nurse aide shall pay a nurse aide competency examination fee of $175.00, per examination.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 333","Act Act-368-of-1978"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-21919","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"56aa8df28fb770b06e5b73fbb1e4624ff72996f774cc87fdab29eab1fe3b3856","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.21918","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.21920"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
