Laws § 333.22260","heading":"Reports of reviews; preparation and publication; statements; recommendations; public examination of applications and written materials on file; providing copies.","body":"Sec. 22260.\n\nThe department shall prepare and publish monthly reports of reviews conducted under this part. The reports shall include a statement on the status of each pending review and a statement as to each review completed, including statements of the findings and decisions made in the course of the reviews since the last report, and the recommendations of regional certificate of need review agencies.\n\nThe department shall make available to the public for examination during all business hours the applications received by them and pertinent written materials on file.\n\nThe department, upon request, shall provide copies of an application or part of an application.
