Laws § 333.2448","heading":"Intergovernmental contracts; existing contracts not affected.","body":"Sec. 2448.\n\nA city, county, district, or part thereof may enter into an intergovernmental contract necessary or appropriate to a reorganization or an assumption or relinquishing of a health jurisdiction or function authorized by this part.
